Rates
All rates are negotiable based on the type of project, time-frame and budget.
Special introductory Organizational Scan© $1500.00 This includes: interviews with the executive director, board chair and one key staff person (i.e. chief development officer, policy director, etc.), a website and program review and a quick communications audit, all followed by written recommendations for next step activities which may, or may not, include our services.
Strategic planning and short-term projects $1200.00 per day for a commitment of at least 10 days. $1500 per day for shorter commitments. We also offer monthly rates for on-going projects that will vary based on the size and scope of the project.
Coaching $500 per month for two 50-minute sessions per month with written follow-up documentation of session discussion and goals, for ongoing coaching arrangements of at least two sessions per month for six months.
Coaching Plus $1,000 per month for regular coaching arrangement plus on-call availability for brainstorming, strategy development, problem solving, etc. with an average of 3-5 calls per month of 15-30 minute duration
Grants $150 per hour for research, proposal writing, report writing
Workshops & Trainings $1000-$1500 + materials based on length of time for training
Writing and other project fees will vary on the size and scope of the project. We can offer hourly rates, day rates or a flat fee.
